These packages are mostly for the hair jaws and snap clips, the elastics are just included, but shouldn't be considered of value. These are an older style product, from 2001! As always, packaging, and especially open products, may show shelf wear, pulls, spots, etc.These elastics sometimes age. Please keep this in mind. These are mostly all gone. Exposed parts may show scuffs. May be dusty.
